Onion Dosa Recipe




Ingredients:

• Dosa Batter
• chopped Onions

Method:
• Heat Oil in a pan. Add the onions. When they turn ligh brown, remove from heat and keep it aside.
• Heat a griddle. Spread a ladle of the batter not too thin and not too thick.
• Spread the onions.
• Flip the dosa and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
• You can also make the Paper Dosa and stuff them with the onions before you serve.
• Onion Dosa is ready to serve with Chutney or Sambar.
