Rava Laddu Recipe


Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Rava 
• 1 Cup Sugar 
• 3/4 Cup Water
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
• Few strands of saffron
• Ghee 
• Raisins
• Cashews chopped

Method:
• Heat ghee add the cashews and raisins, Raisins would slughtly puff up.
• Add Rava and raost it till it releases the aroma and turns light brown. If rava is not roasted properly, it would stick while making the laddus. Allow it to cool.
• In a pan add water and suger. Allow it to boil.
• Add the saffron strands.
• Remove from heat. Add the rava, cardamom powder and mix well. Allow it to thicken• When the mixture is thick and hot enough to touch, make balls out of them with greased hands.
• Rava Laddu is ready to serve.
