Ingredients:

Idlis
Idli Podi
• Sesame Oil/Gingelly Oil

Method:
• Allow the freshly made Idlis to cool or can use leftover Idlis• Crumble the Idlis using hands. Can leave few lumps• Add few tablespoons of Idli Podi according to taste• Add sesame oil to bind the idlis and the idli podi. Podi Idli is ready to eat.
